The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. Unmarried couples are not permitted. A valid government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) is required at check-in. Local IDs are accepted. Wheelchair users are advised that the property may not be fully accessible.
Check-In time is 1:00 PM and Check-Out time is 11:00 AM. PAN card is mandatory for payments exceeding ₹49,999/-.
Bookings cancelled at least 15 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 15 days will be charged for the first night. Refunds will be processed within 15–21 working days.
Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Rooms are not guaranteed to be noise-free. Outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms. The property is not responsible for lost items; in-room safes are provided.
Extra beds for children are available on request and are chargeable.
The property is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the premises or services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
